Our Pro Bono assistance program are in line with the Pro-Bono Initiative of the Cape Law Society and is regulated by Rule 21 of the Society’s Rules and currently, where we have an obligation to render at least 24 hours of pro bono services and in doing so must have regard to the definition of what constitute “Pro Bono services” and the “Recognised Structures” requests to assist an indigent member of the public or indigent non-government organisation.
Anyone wishing to apply for pro bono assistance is required to complete the Society's pro bono application form or to contact our offices directly for assistance as to determine whether pro bono assistance may be rendered.
